Can’t recommend Espod enough! 10000000/10!!! I was referred here from another service after going through a difficult time in my life in all aspects as I was really really stuggling. I have had lots of previous counsellors (10+) and this service is by FAR the best I’ve ever had. It was PERFECT for what I needed. I’ve only had 3 sessions with my counsellor at Espod and I have genuinely been shocked at how thorough, in-depth and awakening EVERY single session has been for me. I’ve grown so much as a person and with the help of my counsellor I’m finally feeling confident and empowered from the help I’ve received. Every single session I leave feeling amazing and understood and acknowledged.

If you’re looking to find an amazing counsellor who will dive deep into your life and help create independence, self awareness and resilience, please give Espod a go! I can’t express how much this has positively changed my life.
