Little to no management - employ people with little to no skills or education on mental health, complete waste of taxpayers money and the NDIS trying to provide people with mental health problems actual support and goals.
Support workers late to appointments, never know what they are doing, just simply turn up to get paid and have no care factor for the person they are supporting. NDIS need to do a complete audit on this company that clearly corrupts the system and just wants funding. Do better.

What should they do moving forward?
Educate staff, supervisions with staff, follow up on clients needs / goals, use the funding instead of allocating it to staff parties and actually be a mental health provider not a cover for an NDIS money scheme.

It's been a tough time for me and to make things worse I had to move as my owner sold. Not an easy rental market out there at present and me, a burnt pensioner with a dog is not exactly tenant of the year material in certain eyes. Tim went above and beyond to assist in the move and made the process a whole lot easier. Safe to say that I'd be in a much worse predicament if not for the practical assistance and helpful input from Tim. I would like thank ERHMA as an organisation and Tim personally for everything they assisted with and I highly recommend their services. Thanks all much appreciated.
