I love absolutely everything about this company! They are a local family run business and this shows a massive difference as the directors are just lovely and their personal touch makes this company so special. Communication is extremely easy and efficient and whatever enquiry I have is always sorted quickly. The support workers are so gorgeous and it is always a pleasure to be with them and you can tell that they are more than qualified to handle any situation. Would highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for disability care!!

I used this service for my son, really happy with the support team via the office and also the support workers. Really reliable staff and also very approachable. We have had a great experience so far with Equality Care. The staff have been of a high quality. Sam took the time to speak with me (mother of client) to learn about what our sons’ needs were before placing support workers with our family. I feel that the team at Equality are respectful and dedicated to what they do. They have a very personal approach to working with families and always answer the phone or return calls promptly. I would highly recommend this agency.
