I’ve had a fantastic experience with Epping Healthcare Medical Centre! The doctors here are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and get straight to the point. Took my father there for his high heart rate (almost 200), Dr. Lin kept us waiting and brushing it off saying it was not possible. Saw him eventually and he couldn't do anything but wrote a referral which didn't make sense for the hospital staff. Quite a dangerous place for medical care.

Horrible healthcare centre - do not recommend coming here. They are disorganised and lack basic communication skills. I requested ahead of time, specifically requesting for an appointment with a doctor who could do a minor procedure for me, as I would have to take a day off work.

When I arrived at my appointment the doctor I was booked in with said he doesn’t do such procedures. The practice went ahead and rebooked me in with another doctor on that day. I waited 2 hours only to find out that the doctor was fully booked any couldn’t do the procedure for me?

In summary, I have completely wasted 3 hours of my day off and wasn’t able to receive the treatment that I needed…. They have made no effort to rectify their mistake and didn’t even offer their next available time…

Absolutely horrible time management and communication. This practice has completely lost my faith and trust in their ability as professionals. In all honestly, this has been a blessing in disguise as I wouldn’t trust such a practice to look after my and my family’s health.

I cannot thank Dr Lin enough, his diagnosis is always spot on and the two minor surgeries he has performed on me were both successful and helpful. He is absolutely professional and experienced, I would always trust his diagnosis. He runs late sometimes but that’s because he sees a lot of patients everyday and it’s totally understandable.

Reception and doctors seem good to me. I can understand the receptionist on the phone and she is friendly there and in person. Short wait, attentive, comprehensive, knowledgeable doctor. I had an easy time today and will come back and would recommend to others. 🤷🏻‍♀️

As you can see from the previous reviews, many complaints about the receptionists. I definitely agree with them. I tried to make an appointment, the middle age female receptionist was very rude and had bad manners. She didn’t want to help but instead, made everything difficult, she was a hard dealing person and finally she handed up the phone in the middle of my inquiry. Dr Lin was very friendly but I wonder why he doesn’t employ the right staff.

Reception staff are awesome, fluent English, will arrange same-day Telehealth calls with GP’s when I can’t make it in.

95% of the time I don’t make a booking, just slide into reception and they slip me in, usually within 30mins! Bulk billed every time.

Dr Luo & Dr Lin are great!
Dr Lin is a real blokey-bloke!

Everything from urgent script renewals to minor surgery, they’ll sort it for you.
I’ve been visiting for the last 3 years, pre-Covid and post and their service is exemplary every single time. I’ve recently moved to Neutral Bay and STILL prefer to drive here rather than see the snooties at NB.
