I made an appointment on line, arrived 10 minutes before. Receptionist checked me in courteously. The doctor was only 5 minutes late in seeing me, which is very good. We discussed in detail my symptoms and agreed upon treatment plans before leaving her room. I always feel she is very professional and offer genuine care to all patients. I have full confidence in her.

We are very thankful for the services of Dr. Claire Chung and all the supporting staff. Dr. Chung understood my dad's medical condition & is willing to go an extra mile for his treatment. Thanks to a last-minute cancellation by another patient, Jana at the reception was kind enough to book me in for the next day when I called on Monday (Nov 11th) expressing my urgent need for an appointment. During the consultation on Nov 12th, Dr. Claire Chung was thorough in examining my current condition, quick in informing me of the limited efficacy of the off-the-shelf medication I have been on and in explaining the need for pathological investigation before recommending a better course of treatment of my condition. In this relation, she also reviewed my past history with me and pointed to likely alternatives when results from the investigation are known.
The consultation is also beneficial to me in managing my condition in the interim period.

The only thing Dr Chung was able to say with any confidence during my last appointment was that the charge would be higher as it was the weekend (despite not warning of this ahead of time). Other than that, my two appointments were filled with umms and errs and were a complete (expensive) waste of time.
