I live in an EPIC SIL property and they support me 24/7. I love my unit and my workers do a fantastic job of looking after all my needs as well as helping me get out and about to attend appointments, go for a drive, go shopping and go to the beach. I would highly recommend their service.

I feel for anyone hoping to receive professional support from this establishment, I’m an independent support worker that reached out to a client who is managed by this place, it took them over 2 months to get back to me saying they’d like me to meet said client, I responded straight away and it’s been over a week with no response from the support coordinator, I’ve tried calling him personally with 0 response, I’ve called the office and they don’t answer or call back either, 100% sucking money out of this poor persons funding and billing them anyway, do not use this company if you need help, they are truly unprofessional.
