I couldn't recommend Nik and the team at Tree Tops at Burleigh enough. Customer service lives!

The team at Envision are amazing. Great service and overall experience was next level. The eye testing tech they have in store is awesome and felt like I had one of the most thorough and well explained eye examinations I’ve ever had. I was provided a variety of pricing options for my lenses and frames which were all well explained with absolutely zero pressure to go with more expensive options. So refreshing! Thoroughly recommend Andrew, Piper, Nik and the team at Envision.

Would highly recommend for the great customer service from your Treetops staff. Very patient with our 8yr old son who wouldn’t sit still.

Very professional and welcoming. Christina was lovely and super helpful. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel better about my situation by offering advice, understanding, and treatments. The rest of the staff were very friendly too. Will definitely be back!

Andrew is the best Optometrist I have ever been to….so good in fact, now we have moved off the Gold Coast, I still drive from Redland Bay to visit him for my yearly eye tests.
What a pleasure to receive repeated great service and excellent advice at every visit. I have never been disappointed.
He also has wonderful staff who are always there to offer help and advice when required. ☺️

I’ve been seeing Andrew for years now, he is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Any time I’ve seen any of the other team at Envision they too are excellent. All the team are really welcoming both in store and on the phone. Highly recommend.
