I left the appointment in tears after a horrible experience at this clinic.

It felt extremely disorganised, chaotic, unprofessional and honestly, scary as I was undergoing a new procedure that involved a laser close to my eye.

To make things worse, I was very disappointed that I was charged at the top of the quoted range despite the treatment area being very small – when I queried this, the staff member said moving clinics in between when I’d booked and visited, had raised their prices. I feel it was very dishonest not to inform patients of this.

I’ve never felt compelled to leave a 1-star Google review for any medical practice before, but in this case, it feels necessary.

Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. I paid advance, for hair treatment and clinic said in few days clinic will let me know about my appointment. I waited for almost a month, on inquiring they booked an appointment for me and when i reach there no one knows for which appointment i m there, they were about to put another treatment when i highlighted I didn’t came for this treatment and here come the surprise they dont have desired kit in clinic. After that every time i make an appointment, i follow up if kit is available or not? Nd no one bothers to let me know. After first appointment i havnt had my second appointment yet bcz no one bothers to let me know if the kit is available or not.

While the staff were friendly, my overall experience at this clinic was disappointing. I felt like just a number being processed rather than a patient receiving individualized care. My concerns were not adequately addressed, and the focus seemed to be more on profit than on patient well-being. I would not recommend this clinic for those seeking treatment for skin conditions.

Dr Rich and his nurse were lovely and very informative at my initial appointment although i didn't quite feels the issue i came in with was addressed in full I was happy to proceed with the treatment plan recommended.

I had booked the first treatment which required 4 days down time. I then unfortunately needed to reschedule due to unexpected surgery booked for the following day post procedure. I was told by Dr Rich rooms I was cancelling out of the cancellation timeframe of 7 days and will forfeit my paid deposit (as my call was with 5 days. Which unfortunately is what i had from the hospital)
1. This was the first time i'd heard about the 7 day cancellation
2.This is something that was unforeseeable and I was wanting to reschedule not cancel.

They may be good at what they do (unknown) but human compassion is at 0. It has certainly left a very bad taste with me.

I had MiraDry at Enrich Clinic and everyone that I dealt with was so warm and friendly (receptionists, nurses, Dr Maria). There was a delay with the MiraDry machine being ready, and they brought me biscuits and coffee while I waited and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything else and ensure I was comfortable. I have low blood pressure and was feeling dizzy after the procedure and they took extra time to stay with me while I lay down, bring me snacks to bring my blood sugar up, and take my blood pressure a few times to make sure I was safe to leave. This is not like some clinics where I have felt rushed through - the staff here really care about the wellbeing of their patients. All this to say - the team are wonderful, very professional, and I can’t recommend Enrich enough. Thank you team, especially Maria and the nurse that was with me throughout the day - it was definitely worth the trip over from New Zealand ☺️

3 month update: It has been nearly three months since my treatment and all normal lumps, swelling, and numbness that followed the treatment have subsided. I am so happy with the results. Thanks again Enrich team.

Outstanding skill and knowledge from Dr Rich. Excellent work as he was able to reduce scarring and heal my concerned areas. His staff are so helpful and capable.

I found every person I interacted with at ENRICH to be warm, professional, accommodating and highly skilled!!

Prior to my first appointment I had to move and change some things around and the receptionists were super lovely and managed to fit me in last minute for the following day when I phoned to reschedule.

Once at the clinic the receptionists were again very clear, warm and professional and the lovely lady who took my photos was so sweet and gave me a big confidence boost.

The absolute highlight for me though was working with Dr Afrah! She was extremely informative and artful in her approach and managed to address all my concerns and create lovely harmony in my face!!

Can’t wait to see where we go from here! I’m stoked

Dr. Rich provided excellent service, professionally addressing my skincare concerns. The receptionists and nurse were knowledgeable, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, the only drawback was the slightly higher service cost than other clinics. Despite the expense, the quality of care makes it a worthwhile choice for those seeking top-notch dermatological expertise.
