In all honesty, I often think Helena saved me. I had serious gut issues, I had been sick for 12 months, had to leave work etc. I saw Helena and within a few weeks I started to feel like a new person. I have worked with Helena on my gut issues for the last 6 months (in conjunction with my Gastro Interologist), when I started with her I was on 5 different gut and anti anxiety meds, I was also bloated and constipated. Helena listened to my concerns, reviewed all my medical results and over the last few months has provided natural therapies and treatment to support me being on the meds (ie. continue to build good gut health while on the meds) as well as supported my health as I gradually came off the meds. I am almost there, and infact in many ways I am healthier than I have ever been. My biggest mistake was not seeing Helena until I was 3 months into the medical treatment. I cannot really relay the incredible difference she has made to my life and health. And the refreshing thing, she does not over service, she really only gives you what is required. Many a time she has said to me "you are doing really well, we don't need to catch up for 4 weeks and lets make that a shorter appt". In all honesty- she is there for her clients, she only things of you and how to improve you health, and life really. I am so grateful to have found her on my health journey. Helena is truely amazing! I tell my story often, as so many people suffer gut issues and Helena literally changed my life. This is no over exaggeration. I was suffering severe gut issues for over a decade, all food was stressful, and I had been through every medical test imaginable. I first met Helena in 2008 when I moved back home from Syd to Melb.

At the time I had a naturopath in Syd that I was still seeing - flying back to Syd a few times a year. Helena was aware but still helped me when I popped in with ordering specific supplements and/or any other questions I had.
