A week or so ago, I went to the store to see what they had to offer as I noticed that they rebranded since the last time I went there (which was years ago) only to walk into the store and see the employee (female) kissing a male that was in the store. They were sitting on the couch in the middle of the store and I stood for a few seconds until they noticed I was standing there.

This is very inappropriate behaviour in a work place as it could even be seen by people walking past the store.

SHN puts customer service on top of their game! One of the supplements I purchased were faulty and the team replaced it with no dramas, they also offered other alternatives while explaining the reason why this has happened.

Walked out buying more items than I planned for!

Only the best supplement shop in Sydney, always great service, great team, love having a chat with Lina, Nadin and Ibby, they always know what they're talking about and always provide the best advice, I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I visited this store today after reading great reviews - and had such a fabulous experience! I was greeted and assisted by Lina, she was so friendly and welcoming, and her knowledge was incredible - she explained each product and their benefits in great detail. EXCELLENT customer service! walked in and was immediately welcomed with a friendly face and a vibrant atmosphere. really felt welcomed and loved the way the workers presented themselves. the products were also much cheaper than other supplement stores i've been to, which is a relief. i don't usually write reviews, but i feel like SHN present themselves and what they're all about in a great way! would definitely recommend.

honestly extremely satisfied with the customer service over here, always fully stocked with the products that you need.
Nadine was so happy to help me out as I was new to training, she explained every single product and the use of the product and the timing of when to take the product I’m extremely satisfied this place is amazing!!!

Came across SHN by chance after searching online for a product I really wanted and couldn't find anywhere. Super happy that they stocked it (huge variety) and the price was the best by far. I ordered via express and it came the next business day. Such good customer service too which is the one thing I always hope for.

You won’t find better service, knowledge and good vibes anywhere else but here. They genuinely care about your goals and helping you achieve them. Always a good laugh when I walk in; the staff are always upbeat and friendly. I’ve been to many supplement stores and nothing compares to this one.
