This was my first remedial massage at enhance wellness with Kristen, and I have to say it was a great experience. I honestly walked out feeling good and it was the most comfortable I’ve ever felt with a masseuse. Pressure was superb, and Kristen was constantly checking in that I was comfortable and that the pressure was right and continued throughout the whole process To make me feel very comfortable.. Kristen used cupping on my back Which was amazing and in the days that followed definitely felt the difference in my back as a result . I’ll definitely be Going back to see her and I will be recommending Kristen to friends and family.

Kristen is one of the best massage therapists that I have ever encountered! Besides her welcoming and calming disposition, I LOVE that she asks (on her intake form) if you prefer silence or to chat during the massage!!! Her pressure is perfect and consistent, and her ability to hit my stress/pressure points left me feeling loose for the first time in weeks. Headache is gone. I am completely rejuvenated and can't wait to book with her again!

Kristen is amazing! I went in with multiple sore areas and limited neck movement, and she worked through everything without leaving me feeling worse. By the end of the session, I could move my neck again! Absolute magic hands. I’m so glad I’ve found Kristen to help me with my regular maintenance. She absolutely was able to adapt her approach for what I was needing in the moment.

Kristen is a miracle worker!
I’ve been a client of Kristen’s for a few years now and she’s hugely improved my health and wellbeing.
I’ve been introduced to cupping with a mix of remedial massage which I’ve found really helps relieves my muscles and tightness.
Every time I go Kristen tells me about her focus on always improving her skills and continues learning even after years in the industry which always makes me feel confident she loves what she does and is just as good!
