What a disappointment? Enhance in the beginning when my daughter was in a lot of pain were fantastic. Moving between two chiros helping her. Until last week when her college timetable kept changing, she contacted them twice on the Tuesday as classes were being delayed. Providing notice both times and being told no worries. Then yesterday she received an invoice for that appointment as a no show and the full fee to be paid. When questioned they apparently checked with the receptionist who advised they told my daughter of the cancellation fee which was not correct at all. I advised them that I wanted to seek legal advice about if they can charge her when she didn’t no show but provided less than their 4 hour cancellation notice period to now be told the owner has decided my daughter can no longer attend their practice. Absolutely appalling and whilst the two chiros were great for my daughter I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone.

Nic and Saara are amazing! Solved my hip issues within 3-4 sessions and weren’t there to up sell. They genuinely care and want to solve the issue, and everyone that works at Enhance is lovely.

Just had a Chiro appointment after three years of COVID lockdowns and I feel 100% better. I didn’t realise how many niggles had developed and how much I was restricting movement.
My recommendation: book in for 6 monthly chiro to head off pain. Don’t wait for injury!

And Enhance have so many practitioners they offer long hours over 7 days. Always a bonus.

The team at Enhance Healthcare have absolutely exceeded my expectations as a client. They have gone above and beyond to assist me in managing my body during a long period of demanding training. Pete has been my go to Chiro for the past 12 months and has assisted me with injury rehab and prevention, pain management, alignment issues and has supported me in making small but significant changes to my running style to help improve performance. The services available are extensive and are not overpriced. The entire team are very accommodating, professional, welcoming and are genuinely invested in the wellbeing of their clients. I could not recommend them highly enough.
