Do not attend this practice if you genuinely need help. I’ve lived in this are for forty plus years and this office used to have the most amazing practitioners: Dr Jhon, Dr Nick etc. but I’ve noticed a very sharp decline over the years.

I attended this practice with my five year-old daughter who was understandably nervous. We checked in at our early appoitment and were told by the clerical staff that we had to to wear a mask. The staff themselves and many other patients were not wearing masks. I believed we were finished checking-in, retrieved a mask from my car and sat down.
When I approached the desk after waiting twenty minutes I found out that a second record had been created and was told to wait upstairs. I waited another twenty minutes before my partner arrived with our two year-old having again being reassured by the clerical staff that my daughter was next. I don't think they actually checked with the doctor, however.
The doctor happened to overhear us discussing why we had waited so long and revealed that she had called out and moved on to the next patient twice. The doctor was very apologetic and we were promptly seen.
Please, if you must enforce a policy of masks for all clearly signpost it, enforce it for all staff and visitors and do not let patient care slip because of it.

We’ve seen 2 of the Drs and have been delighted with both.
Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable
Both running on time so we didn’t have to wait which is a massive issue elsewhere usually with young children.
I honestly couldn’t fault the staff or the Drs. Love this local practice.

WOW I can't believe the negative reviews on here. Firstly to the ones complaint of wearing a mask, it's to protect you and everyone else. Every time I have been there since covid 19 has hit us EVERYONE HAS WORN A MASK, the receptionist do not need to as they have now installed a screen before that I have seen them wearing a mask. Secondly it's states on line booking asking if you have a cough or if you do a phone booking they ask you and seriously if you do you need a covid test to be clear of not spreading covid amongst others the elderly or vulnerable. Thirdly I have seen Dr Luke Harvey many many times as has my son and daughter and he is caring and very professional will not hesitate to send you for test. His high standard is more than 5 stars. In the 7 years I have attended this practice I think the most I have waited is 25 minutes but normally I am in within 10 minutes. Unless you have serious issues stop complaining they are still human . Keep up the amazing work Dr Luke and thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Suzanne Panay

Do not bother. They do not want to have one on one face visits. They want to swipe our medicare card for AZ jab by phone consultation. And after put us on a 4 weeks wait list. Chemist next door gave us AZ jab in 3 days, no doctors appointment. Go figure..rubbish service. Been in the area for more then 20 years never seen such a bad service since new management took over.

I had the most terrible patient doctor experience with Dr Anita Radojcic.

Her aim was undoubtedly to rush me out of the room - her condescending tone was disgusting. After telling her I’d done some research she rudely called me Mr google.

She also asked me personal questions that had nothing to do with my issue.

Useless doctor surgery refused to see a sick 10 month old child because of no appointment , what kind of world is it today if you refuse a child 5 minutes of a doctors time

I was misdiagnosed so had to go to another practice . Luckily I did because the condition I went in for ended up quite serious requiring completely different antibiotics and 2 courses for that matter !
I’ll only see Dr Rajandren now . He’s great . Not quite sold on the others.
