Tarryn is by far the best health professional I have ever met. She looked at me holistically and spent the time to get my medical and health history. When I first saw Tarryn I was pretty desperate, my stomach was in all sorts of pain with reflux and my hormones all over the place. Fast forward 2 weeks and my stomach has settled so much, I’m sleeping better and waking more rested. I feel like I’m living in my body again and learning its signals. Never felt more full in my life. It hasn’t been easy giving up coffee and sugar but now that I’m fuelling my body right I feel so much more settled in my body - not constantly up and down with the sugar highs.

At 39 years old and eating only bread for a week and a half as that is all my body could take after been diagnosed with diverticulitis i made the decision to reach out for help as information on the internet was conflicting and confusing. I realised i couldn't get back to normal by myself so i called Tarryn.

Fast forward 5 months and i am back to eating a well balanced diet and feeling as strong and healthy as ever, all thanks to Tarryn! From the moment i met her she always had my best interest at heart and was never after money or booking appointments just for the sake of it.

Tarryn created weekly meal plans that came with full shopping lists and easy to make delicious recipes that slowly introduced new foods each week back to my diet that my body began to adjust back to. Tarryn is full of knowledge and reassurance and a great and lovely person to chat to through difficult and sometimes embarrassing times. Through phone calls , PC chats and in person meetings nothing was ever to hard for Tarryn and i am so grateful for her help an expertise in giving me my life back 🙂

Tarryn has literally changed my life, seeing her for the first time this January with a 10 year battle with acute Diverticular disease she has with patience, knowledge, empathy and understanding corrected my over sensitive gut to the stage that I have not suffered any Diverticulitis attacks in over 6 months, whereas previously I would have been on antibodies or even 1 hospital visit in this time period.
Along this journey of correcting my gut & Diverticulitis she has helped me loose stubborn weight and give me back my life to enjoy. Thank you Tarryn, you are my little miracle worker.
