Not worth the money. $135 for a Grounding Foot Spa treatment that was far from what was advertised. Was all about the nailpolish, not the advertised therapy treatment....and the nail job was disgusting! Head massage completely missed and didn't really notice anything I'd describe as a foot or leg massage. Nail polish was such poor quality that it NEVER set. Was layer upon layer. I emailed about our disappointment, but no response, so here's to warning others! Just don't do it!
Photos were taken the morning after the Pedicure was done. Judge it for yourself.
WARNING: My actual toenails are still peeling 2 weeks later due to either the treatment or nail polish. They have never felt so brittle.

I just wanted to let you know what an utterly pleasurable shopping experience I just had, with the fantastic Jess.

No pushy sales tactics, Jess had exceptional product knowledge, and worked out just the perfect gifts, based on my requirements, well, the wife's really.

Jess had such a great attitude towards her job, which is rare these days.

I believe Jess is a gem, and in time, she, will, further develop her already fantastic service delivery.

I might go back for a face mask myself!

Wonderful relaxing facial. Products were safe for my skin type. Very happy. A gift voucher from my son.
But not happy paying credit card surcharge 30c for $25 difference. Feels like I’m paying added GST.

Relaxing, had a talk prior to ensure best choice of massage. Walked out an hour later floating with a clear mind. Endota Spa experience recommended. Worth every dollar for own mental health on your body 😃

I visited Marion after receiving a gift voucher. I booked in a remedial massage, which was a deeply disappointing experience. On the Endota website it states that the remedial service can be booked and used to target any specific areas of tension. I have had many remedial massages at many different places at all different price points. Endota was one of the most expensive, but the poorest quality. The therapist asked me if I had any concern points and I said I’d like more attention paid to my neck and shoulders. All of 3-5 minutes were spent on these areas. She spent more time on my head massage (which was just rough and uncomfortable) than my actual body, let alone neck and shoulders and requested. A pathetic excuse for ‘remedial’. I sent a very detailed and polite email to Endota, to which they responded and said the manager of the Marion location would be in touch. I’ve heard nothing from them. It’s been a month since that last communication.
Please don’t visit this location. They do not care for their clients or the services they provide.

I had an amazing facial. The photo taken of your skin beforehand shows up sun damage etc which I had not seen before. I am 70 years old and my skin was somewhat dehydrated at a score of 19 but came out with a score of 45. The products they use are so much more hydrating!

Cancelling appointments, being a mum i have to book my services when hubby is off. I had a massage booked a few months ago got told they needed to change my time due to staff had a funeral (fair enough) so they booked me in with someone else that day different time to only get a text message that morning just saying they needed to cancel my appointment today and that's it no call or nothing.... for me to then re book a few months later when hubby is off to THEN receive a phone call at 4.30pm day before saying they need to cancel my appointment AGAIN.. this being done a few months later really disappointing I always go to marion Endota for my services to the point most of my birthday gifts from people are endota spa gift vouchers. Very very disappointing to have it happen twice in a row MONTHS apart.

I was so excited to come and use a voucher I’d had for nearly a year. Unfortunately my “remedial massage” was more just a thoughtless rub. The therapists manner was so course and careless. It was also more like a bad Thai or Chinese massage, including having my fingers pulled which I HATE. I’ve never had that in a remedial massage. She also did a terrible head massage at the end which just matted my hair together.
This place was so expensive. When she massaged under my shoulders she kept pinching my skin and I had to ask for her to stop. I’ve had far better massages for less than this place.
When I spoke with friends about my experience, they said they’ve been less than impressed by endota too.
