Dr Ramy is honestly one of the best specialists I’ve seen. He’s really approachable and easy to talk to. My first appointment went for a full hour, and the second was around 30–40 minutes — he really takes the time to listen, which is rare these days!

He clearly knows his stuff and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients.

Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great endocrinologist.

I had my appointment with Dr. Ramy Bishay today, and despite multiple complications with my health, as well as a mix-up with my appointment time and a last-minute emergency case, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional, handling everything with efficiency and a smile. Even though there was a delay, I saw firsthand how patient and kind they were—not just to me but to another patient’s child who was getting restless in the waiting area. They even pulled out a box of toys to keep him entertained.

My son, A. D. recently saw Dr Mehdi Sahebol-Amri at The Ashley Centre.
Dr. Mehdi is professional, approachable and calm. He listened patiently to all our concern and asked many questions. He never rush through any consultation and explained everything methodically and very reassuring.

The receptionists, Linda and Amal are helpful. Amal is especially kind and compassionate. We were always greeted with warmth and professionalism in person and on the phone.

Dr Bishay and his practice manager Linda have been amazing. Dr Bishay was so thorough and took his time with my medical history and plan forward. I’ve dealt with many specialists, but his approach was authentic. He genuinely cares for his patients. His practice manager Linda was so organised and on top of everything. I had issues with radiology place and she happily contacted them to sort it out for me. They both went above and beyond. I highly recommend this practice if you need an Endocrinologist. Last Friday I had my first appointment with Dr Mawson Wang. What a positive experience it was. Dr Wang took his time with me, explained everything thoroughly he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I can't speak highly enough about both Dr Wang and this clinic.
