I have been going to Encore Pilates for almost 4 years now and I absolutely Love it there. The whole Team is amazing and Katie has a beautiful Heart. Katie is incredible at Pilates and is kind, gentle and giving. My very first Class with Katie and I walked out of there feeling better then I had in a long time. This could possibly be the best pilates studio in Australia. The professionalism and experience of the staff is the best I have seen. Everyone was warm and welcoming and I felt my particular injury was carefully catered to. When I walk out after my sessions, I feeling lighter and relined. I highly reccommend Encore, Mel, Matt, Rena have been so professional, provide excellent services, my whole experience has been very beneficial to me, your staff, are kind understanding and work really hard to to personalise what each client needs in the semi private classes, they are supportive give great advise 😀. I can't recommend this Pilates studio enough!
I started with private sessions and moved into group classes. After each class, whether it was a group session or a private lesson, my body felt so balanced and strong. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and really take the time to focus on what your body needs. I’ve had the best Pilates experiences in years here and look forward to every session. Truly a game changer for pilates practice.

Disappointing and exclusionary practices

The decision to stop supporting football because of Pride Round sends a clear and troubling message. Inclusivity and respect for all people, regardless of their sexual orientation, should be values every business embraces.

It’s disappointing to see such outdated and discriminatory attitudes in a space that should foster well-being and community.
