Charged over $6000 to fly my 90 year old mother from Brisbane to Newcastle. (Signed Invoice attached) Paul and his amateur assistants MISSED THE FLIGHT leaving my mother stranded at Brisbane airport!! They then rebooked and flew to Syd - then hire car to Newcastle. Traumatic expirence for my mother. No apology AND it was everyone's fault except EMT. My advice: DO NOT USE this overpriced and incompetent service run by rude unapologetic people.

I needed to arrange stretcher transport for my elderly relative, from his nursing home in Brisbane, to a Specialist across town on rather short notice. Paul was very accommodating and really took the stress out of the situation.
On the day we had two lovely Paramedics who could not have been more helpful or supportive of us and what we were trying to accomplish.
The only additional thing I would mention is that the stretchers, although wonderfully mobile, are a little bigger than the ones QAS has so ensuring your chosen destination can accommodate it is necessary if patient is unable to walk.
Will definitely be using this service again!
