Being a triathlete I was in need of a new therapist and was recommended to see Jess. Our first session was great. Very professional, comfortable and after an assessment was able to target the right areas to work on. Jess needled a couple of places that needed more attention and afterwards i felt amazing. I've booked in monthly for the rest if the year now.

Emrys is a very knowledgeable, experienced and professorial muscular therapist. I came to him 6 months after spinal surgery in my neck due to severely compressed nerves. I was told by surgeons I needed more surgery, within 2 weeks and 6 sessions with Emrys, I cancelled my surgery, I got my life back, I play golf, cycle and go to gym. I go to Emrys every 6 - 8 weeks for maintenance. Emrys with his cold laser and shock wave therapy gave me back my life without invasive and dangerous surgery. Don't be sceptical. This treatment really works and I have recommended many friends and they are forever grateful.

I started seeing Jack in August last year for a recurring hip and quad activation issue related to mega whammy static stretching hip drop. Jack took to the task with his well known enthusiasm and together we worked on a plan to get that hip moving. Its worked. EVERY DAY I got to doing his weird but effective exercises. I haven't had any pain, any weaknesses, and no reoccuring injury. My working gait is better, and I feel free!! I really cannot recommend the guy enough.
