Just had my first ever private appointment after horrible public psychiatric experiences and Dr. Eliot Frickey is amazing!!!!! Never felt more listened to and validated in my entire life. Hes extremely thorough, thoughtful and easy going, very informative and honestly it felt like just having a conversation with an old friend. Truly feel like im headed on the right path finally and not on the path alone. Can't express my thanks and appreciation enough. I look forward to my next appointment. You get what you pay for and he is worth the money! Cant recommend him enough.

There are too many words that could be used to express how great this clinic is but I'll try.

It is run efficiently and with patient-care at it's forefront. Dr Ackers is a rare find and he deserves a shoutout for his bedside manner and efficiency. He unfortunately now has a full book, but, I have great confidence that any other professionals here would be held to the same standard. The practice runs incredibly smoothly, especially compared to my last Psychiatrist's practice where contact felt barely possible outside of "yes/no" to appointment confirmations. I wish I was exaggerating. I personally feel a lot of the praise around efficiency and care can also go to the Manager, Claudi.

I feel looked after before, during and after the appointments. And even my regular doctor and other specialists are amazed at the results here.

Dr ackers has been awesome with my daughter. She has asd, adhd and anxiety. We have been seeing hin for over a year now. He is understanding with what is going on in our lives and understand my daughters complex behaviour. He works with us and tries to find ways to support her. My daughter also connects with him and she can be particular who she talks too..

l have followed Dr. Ackers from his previous clinic to this one because I knew deep down that he is able to help me. I had no idea that life could be this way.

They told me I had to see a Doctor that specialises in youth.

I read the profiles and was not permitted to see the Doctor that is qualified to help my problems.

These companies obviously don't take mental health seriously, it's all about $$$$.

No wonder this world is in such a mess.

Dr Ackers has shown us how a committed and attentive psychiatrist can and should engage with their client and their families. We came to him a bit tattered from a previous specialist where we had encountered surface questioning and broad brush generalisations leading to misdiagnosis and incorrect medication. In stark contrast, Dr Ackers has listened deeply and empathetically, demonstrating insight and expertise in a range of conditions beyond the cookie-cutter diagnostic of Anxiety and Depression. My daughter and I can not thank him enough for the care we have received.
