I attended a beautiful sound healing therapy session here today. Sam, the business host, was beautiful. Lana, the session facilitator, was amazing.
I finished the session relaxed, renewed, and feeling amazing.
I will definitely be checking out the offerings of these ladies again.
10 out of 10 wpild recommend.

As a business owner I decided to do something for myself and Sam's Smash Room event was exactly what I needed. It was my first time to a smash room, so I was not sure what to expect. The group of ladies were so welcoming and lovely. Sam walked us through not only the benefits of the smash room but gave us some very helpful strategies to process and work through our emotions. I loved it and will be back at her next event for sure.

Working with Sam from the start of this year has been nothing short of amazing and life changing for me. Having such a supportive counsellor to guide me through the ups and downs of being a woman, being a mum and also being centred and who your really want to be in this lifetime. I highly recommend Empowered Holistic Counselling to any woman especially anybody that feels that their break through is there but just don't have the support to get there. So so grateful I found this amazing person!

Sam’s approach to anyone she interacts with is thoughtful, open, warm and she always actively listens to you as a person. She also always validates those things you wish you could say no to or trying to prevent yourself from feeling guilty for say no. She chats in a friendly way about putting in strategies that are practical and realistic about managing your week and preventing burn out!

Sam also runs meditation nights which are so special and amazing!

Definitely recommend anyone who wants to touch base with someone about helping steer them to their life goals and finding a balance for happiness!!

Sam has this way of making you feel calm. From the moment I walked in I felt a shift in energy, myself and the others in the room. Sam is very engaging and calm at the same time. Perfect for a wellness workshop! Sam's content was informative and allowed us to explore our own personal wellness through small journaling and activity based task. I highly recommend Sam. This workshop would benefit all!

My 15 year old daughter met with Sam at Empowered Holistic Counselling and Wellness. She felt very comfortable talking to Sam, Sam has a very caring and understanding nature. Sam was knowledgeable, empathetic and provided great insight for my daughter.
