I’ve had the pleasure of working with Empower Health Care, and I’m truly impressed with the quality of care they provide. Many of the clients under my care have received physiotherapy, dietitian consultations, and massage therapy, and all have been extremely satisfied with the services.

The physiotherapy has helped clients improve mobility and feel more comfortable in their daily lives. The dietitian’s personalized advice has made a significant impact on clients’ health and wellness. The massage therapy has been a great addition, offering clients stress relief and relaxation.

I have always found the staff at Empower Healthcare to be very helpful and welcoming. I saw Oz, one of the Physios at the Clinic and he made me feel very comfortable and was full of great advice. I could feel a huge difference after my first session with him for hip pain. I have already recommended them to friends and family members who have also had a good experience.

I had a few issues with my back so booked an appointment with the Physiotherapist at Empower. He did a fantastic job and got me back on my feet in no time.
The clinic is in a great location, really convenient, next to Southland.
If you need a Physio then i would definitely recommend these guys.

I have had a few issues with my hip recently, and the care I recieved that Empower Healthcare was second to none! The physio on duty was able to identify my issue quickly, and I was all fixed up in one session! The staff at reception are also very friendly, efficient and personable. I would happily reccomend Empower Healthcare to anyone!

They left me financially stranded.
I am new to NDIS and called Empower to come out and do an assessment for what I needed around the house to make life easier with my new disability.
Their OT came out several times... did reports, used my full NDIS allocation for this service and then told me they couldn't help me.
They made no attempt to even do the small things like rails to help me.
Once they decided to cut and run I had to go to the back of the line and wait another 3plus months for a new OT from a different company.
I want to warn others to be very careful of using this service from Empower.

Empower Healthcare - all phones unattended, 4 messages left on 4 October and none replied to. Invoice sent to me on 3 October requesting payment by 2 October - do I have 364 days to pay this How efficient is their system and staff
