She holds a comforting space and allows you to go at your own pace, a chat beforehand to give you time to integrate and fully enjoy the experience. Angela really helped my son to process some difficult emotions. She gently guided him into a deeply relaxed stated and helped to unlock his ability to calm himself and manage big emotions. Being only 9 years old it was important for me to find a practitioner that understood how to work with children and make reiki a child friendly experience for him.
Just one session with provided a big turning point for him and also helped him to break out of habits of unhelpful thinking and move into self talk of gentle loving kindness.
Amazing. We will definitely be going back for another tune up soon.

Angela is no longer practicing at Aspects of Healing as of the 1st of February and is officially offering her services from her North Brighton location, which is fantastic. Angela’s Reiki treatment I received was an incredibly peaceful and a rejuvenating experience.
