Clean stylish building and surrounds. Friendly staff. Located very near new shopping centre, walking distance. Parking was ample inside carport.

Excellent home for our mum. Staff was caring, attentive, thoughtful and not a stone missed. Any small issues were never a problem for anyone to deal with.
Highly recommend. But I think the 48 hr removal of belongings from mums unit was a bit harsh for us to deal with after mum passed away. I think a bit more compassion in that sense would have been nice. Being told "it is a business and others are waiting to get in, hence...." we understand that. But surely there is a nicer more compassionate way of tackling this type of issue.

Brilliant facility, providing excellent care and support for my mother. She started with a respite visit, and loved the room and staff so it was an easy decision to move in permanently. It's been a timely and positive step, and I'm confident their professional, welcoming and caring team have protected her through this pandemic.

Could not be better. Bright, spacious and cheerful with wonderful artworks & pictures on the walls make this more like a resort than a care facility. The staff are lovely friendly and helpful people who are great to deal with.
