I have been to see Sharon for two of my three children and in both instances, her expertise, kindness and gentle guidance has been a breath of fresh air. I recommend her to everyone and think all mums would benefit from seeing her, first timers or experienced! Thank you Sharon!

I would highly recommend Sharon to any Mums and Dads wanting to breastfeed their baby. I wish we known about Sharon for our first baby.
There is so much misleading information out there and Sharon was able to literally prove them wrong in our appointment. I cannot wait practice at home what we learnt in our session.
Sharon was friendly and nonjudgmental about our situation and all the things I was doing wrong, thinking it was the right way. She has given me confidence to go home and keep trying!!!

Went in stiff and sore, thought my neck and shoulders would never come right. Mick did a deep tissue massage and after two visits and him showing me an exercise app, I cannot believe the difference. Embrace Life makes it so much better, very pleasant staff also.

I have recently visited Sharon at Embrace Life for some help and support with breastfeeding my second baby. Not only is Sharon a wealth of knowledge when it comes to breastfeeding, she is also a kind and gentle woman who has shown me such patience and support when I really needed it.

Sharon has helped me fix months of pain and damage by such simple tweaks, that if I hadn’t of visited I would never had known I was doing ‘wrong’. She immediately listened to my concerns and took action to help me.

If you’re a new mum or a seasoned mum, I HIGHLY recommend you book a visit with Sharon. Breastfeeding isn’t easy. Or, if you’re wondering what to get your friend who is about to give birth.. get them a voucher to see Sharon!

Having lived in chronic pain since my hip replacement in 2010, and last week, the pain became unbearable. Saw a Physio, GP, and told to see Embrace Life. Managed to get in Saturday and was seen by a lovely lady. Her checking on me said I would like to see films before I work on you. Said was my hip not my back. Roll on 2 days visit to Prince Charles hospital, I've a broken hip replacement rod. A big thanks for recognising that the issue was greater than making a buck of someone. Highly recommended 😃

Such a wonderful establishment! The staff are so helpful and so accommodating. I highly recommend. I deal for family’s from birth and up, elderly and individuals. They have various services available from a lactation nurse, massage, Chiro and more. Reasonably priced is always a bonus

I love Embrace Life. Recently I had Sound Therapy with Jaz and it was such a beautiful experience. I REALLY struggle to relax but This had me letting my guard down and relaxing into a really therapeutic place. Highly recommend.

I also love Sharon and her amazing advice for breastfeeding and sleep and all things baby!
