I saw Luana for weekly massages in the final month of my pregnancy. Luana was so warming and welcoming with her energy and clear passion & knowledge for the body and alignment. The use of hot stones was an amazing inclusion. Luana provided insightful and in depth conversation pre and post massage, making sure not only was my body aligned but my mind as well. I truly believe this body and mind work aided in my spontaneous and natural labour one day before my due date.

I had a 60 minute remedial massage with Luana and I could not recommend her more! I have never left a massage feeling so light and connected within myself. I had a remedial pregnancy massage with Hanae over the weekend at 38 weeks pregnant with a gift card a friend had bought me. I have been seeing a physiotherapist throughout my pregnancy but honestly think I found the massage with Hanae more beneficial! It was a fantastic remedial massage which was both beneficial to the large amount of back and pelvic pain I was in as well as relaxing. I wish I had started coming here earlier in my pregnancy. Highly recommend.

My body feels so aligned, I feel like my energies have shifted and everything feels amazing.
I am nearly 31 weeks pregnant and I was so comfortable the entire time which in itself was amazing.

Luana is incredible! I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Luana for remedial massages on a regular basis all the way through my pregnancy up until 37 weeks. I was experiencing hip and pelvic pain - Luana was able to ease the pain with her knowledge and experience in understanding the body using a holistic approach to healing. I was able to make it to the end of my pregnancy with no major issues and I believe Luana contributed to the successful birth. I’m looking forward to postnatal visits with Luana.
