I don’t think k I’ve ever felt more uncared for or abandoned by a doctor in my life. I have severely pinched nerves in my neck and spine, after being hospitalized several times they told me there’s nothing more they could do in emergency and this is a journey I need to go on with my GP.
I was at a point of not being able to walk or be on my feet longer than 5-10 minutes a day, having just moved back to Australia with no community yet I’m staying with my parents who are both much older in their 80’s and unable to physically help me. The stress had already taken a huge toll on them after having to watch me get carted off to the hospital several times by ambulance. My poor mum also had to get taken to hospital at one point due to the stress and anxiety it was causing her seeing me in this state. It was awful & I desperately needed help.
I pleaded with Dr Ensieh for suggestions or help to find a respite center or some kind of home assistance, she just threw her hands up and looking annoyed said ‘I don’t know,’ and seemingly begrudgingly went and asked another doctor and they didn’t really know but gave the name of a local place, but upon calling them was only for aged care. The hospital asked her to refer me to the spinal clinic at the Royal which she said could be a very very long wait and in the meantime I have no care plan or assistance from her what so ever. Needless to say I switched clinics the following week to a doctor who showed empathy, actioned several things ant once and is attempting to fast track me for help.
The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the reception staff are very caring and kind. I was thankful for that.

DR Arash walked out on me and many others, leaving us all high and dry and without a doctor. I had trusted him very much but I was left without heart medication and an incomplete DSS application. I'm told he has done this before. Careful who you trust.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE
This particular female Doctor ‘Ensieh’ is plain lazy and her actions or (lack thereof) bordered on negligent.
Apparently it is my job to find a Dr somewhere to administer the cortisone injections and not for her to refer me to an appropriate Doctor to do so. She literally handed me a piece of paper at my request and I wrote the Doctors name down at Caboolture. Surprise, surprise he wasn’t qualified to do so.
What sort of Doctor does not have a formal referral system in place with the appropriate Doctors. Baring in mind I have
current CT Scan, X-ray & Ultrasound.

She did not even do the basics on arrival ie:
Blood pressure test, height, weight nor did she even look at the effected area. $120 later…

Dr Mohen puts your opinion to the side and pushes his own agenda. Won't give out Anti Biotics when needed. Not good for New Paitents, Said I couldn't go see my old dr as he is in Chermside, and its too far away needed a script now. Wont give you a script as needed and lectures you. Have bad asthma and lectured me about using a puffer!! I need a puffer stupid dr. Go somewhere else

We are travelling on the road and the whole family has caught a bug. We were all seen by Dr Arash Mohammadi who was very thorough and patient, especially with my two toddlers. Even though we are just passing through and it would be reasonable for him not to be particularly invested in us as we wouldn't be potential new patients, he instead was very concerned. He even ordered blood work for us so he could call us in a few days with results to follow up if need be in our next stop. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing a GP or looking for a new GP. Good GP's like him are very hard to find.

Always a pleasure to walk into this clinic. It's calm, clean and professionally run. My Dr is caring and thorough. She doesn't hurry you and push you out the door to get to the next patient like other Doctors can do. The reception staff and nurses are also fantastic.
