I have been a patient of this clinic for over 16 years. All the doctors have been caring and empathetic. Recently I have been having PRP treatment with Dr Heydari for arthritis, bursitis and tennis elbow. I cannot believe how good the results are. No prescription drugs. Financially affordable. I am so grateful that Dr Heydari started practicing PRP here, otherwise I may never have heard of PRP. I have never had any problems with the receptionists. They have always been courteous and polite. The same way I treat them.

My family has been seeing Dr Heydari for at least a year now. He pays close attention to what you have to say, is very thorough in his assessment and is compassionate in his response. I almost don't want to let you know how much we appreciate him, for fear of him becoming too hard to book with! Reception staff are courteous and prompt, and one in particular is always very welcoming and friendly. It's always lovely to be greeted by her but all are respectful.

I have been coming to The Ridge Medical Centre now for about 15 years . I have my preferred GP’s that are always available when need be. Dr Yuan is so wonderful I got him a Christmas gift. The reception staff are always friendly and respectful. The nurses are also lovely. Overall I have never had any issues here and would highly recommend.

I’ve been a patient at Eltham Ridge Medical Centre for long time now, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The clinic is always clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help with appointments or any concerns.

A special mention goes to my GP, Dr. Shahida Munshi, who is truly outstanding. She takes the time to listen, provide thorough explanations, and ensure I feel comfortable with any treatment plan. Her compassionate and knowledgeable approach makes a huge difference, and I always feel confident that I’m receiving the best care possible.

I appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the entire team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality healthcare.

10/10 service from the reception staff to the doctors and nurses. My daughter came in with an urgent injury and was attended to within 20 minutes. Special shout out to the kind, caring and gentle nurses Shelia and Sasha.

Thank you to the doctors and staff at Eltham Ridge for always taking care of me and my family. We have been seeing Dr Peyman and Dr Minty for many years now, and most recently Dr Najibi since having my son. All of these doctors are excellent. Had an iron infusion today and the nurse Lauren was absolutely amazing. I’ve got quite bad anxiety and was very scared for the infusion. Lauren did a great job at making me feel comfortable and calming me down.

The reception staff was pleasant and kind, but the one-star rating (which is still too generous) is specifically for Dr. Baran. My main concern is that he may not even be a certified GP (this definitely needs to be verified). It's common practice to use a new sterile spatula during examinations, and he should learn basic skills in listening to patient concerns. I strongly advise avoiding this so-called doctor.
