Dr. Martin has been our family Doctor for over 20 years. I've moved away from the area, but my adult children still see Dr. Martin regularly. They trust him, as he listens! I've never been to a doctor like him. He's caring, professional and genuinely interested in what ever you are facing. Thanks Cam🙏

Been to this clinic for years with several doctors.
Always a disappointment. Always very delayed with appointments, doctors not taking you seriously or even having the biggest smile on their face while you’re sharing a serious matter with them or getting slammed with a bill months later, while you specifically asked then on the day why there is no charge and they told me the doctor decided to bulk bill it. Now, months later, we get a bill for surgery consultation, while it was just a check.
This was my last visit at this clinic. Luckily we don’t need to go to the GP often but I’ve had enough of this clinic and I’m sure there must be better ones around!

Great team including GPs, receptionists and nurse. Dr Harrison saw my son after he was bitten by a dog and I’m sure he stayed after hours. Dr Sharrock is exceptionally caring and empathetic. Definitely the best practice I’ve been to.

Sadly, just a money hungry clinic these days.
Have had family with them their whole life who they will now happily bill for a phonecall post-bloodtest that never happened (after paying that initial consult).

This isnt the first time we've experienced their money focused approach to client needs.

Go elsewhere.

Wish there was more disabled parking spaces as a lot of the ppl that come here are disabled, including myself. The ramp up to the building is very inaccessible and steep, especially for disabled people or the elderly. The disabled bathroom has a grab rail and lots of room to maneuver or change someone (no adult change table unfortunately). The surrounding area is a little nature walking path which is great for getting some air or killing time while waiting. The examination rooms are also small and hard to maneuver in a wheelchair and the beds require getting up onto them to be examined which I can’t do without risk of falling but the doctors generally are happy to help me find the best way to do it without getting up or moving chairs for me. Otherwise the staff are lovely and helpful. I’ve experienced medical negligence most of my life but now I feel supported and like these doctors actually care and are trying to get me things in place to help me which I am so thankful for.

Dr Sharrock has been our family GP for the best part of 30 years.

He’s looked after me since I was nine years old and now I take both my kids to see him.

He’s never steered us wrong - we trust him implicitly.

He takes his time with patients and also listens with an understanding ear.

As far as I’m concerned, he is never allowed to retire 🙂

We've seen 5 different doctors here and although we primarily see 2 (because of our young children) we have been very happy with every experience.
Dr. Harrison and Dr. Martin are excellent at their job. They explain the treatment options, diagnosis and rationale simply and with appropriate details.
They're both great with our two kids and make the doctors office a positive place to be.
All doctors are similarly skilled.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
There's a playroom, TV and enough books and magazines to keep everyone busy.

Our family doctor for nearly 30 years. Dr Richard Harrison has been our family doctor since 1995, and has seen me since I was 5 years old. He's the best. He has supported us through everything. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
