I’ve been attending the Ellen Health physiotherapy centre for the past three weeks and I am very happy.

I’ve been receiving quality service from two different staff members, and both have been very attentive to detail. They are happy to take there time to explain everything and ensure that I have a plan of action to resolve the issue including stretches and exceeded that I can do at home everyday.

The reception staff are very friendly and welcome me every visit, remembering my name too!

The offices are very nice, clean and modern. From the outside, the building is a beautiful Fremantle period building, which is super cool.

There is even a neat little cafe inside/next door where you can grab a coffee after your early morning appointment!

And finally, as a BUPA favoured practice, I get the maximum possible rebates.

In the many years of frequenting this clinic I have experienced a highly sensitive breach of confidentiality, poor treatment by receptionist staff, inaccurate advice, countless follow-up calls for the retrieval of results, and most recently scoffed at by a GP. On a positive note, the nursing staff have always been wonderful.

I was left to sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes with not a word from the receptionist to apologise or even notify me that Dr Joshua Lumby was running behind. I booked an extended appointment for 11:00am. By 11:40 the Dr finally called my name after coming out to the waiting room to further discuss something with the patient he'd just seen. When I told the receptionist that there was no longer enough time for the extended visit as I had another appointment I needed to get to, her response was can you wait 15minutes 😑 I told her no and that I needed to leave to make my next appointment. Her response to that was well we can't help it if the doctor is running late. I told her it was totally unprofessional and that I would like the appointment deleted NOT cancelled as they have heafty cancellation fees and as I arrived and checked in before my appointment there was no way I was going to pay a single cent. This was my first time at Ellen Health and my last!

On arrival the Admin staff are always friendly. If the doctors are ever running late they tell you. This particular appointment I was going for one thing, but something else had come up over night that had me concerned & Dr Emily McDonald was more than happy to treat me for both problems. I have been seeing Doctor Emily for a little while now. She is a fantastic doctor who cares for her patient’s & is always thorough. I’d highly recommend Ellen Health 😊

Competent, friendly and helpful staff in very clean and friendly premises. My GP, Dr. Joseph Murphy, has always an open ear for me and is very thorough and patient. And with Pharmacy 777 downstairs and Western Diagnostics in the same building it makes things so easy.
Very happy with this clinic. I can highly recommend!

Experienced, friendly Drs and nurses. Have been coming to Ellen health for many years - it is a busy but relaxed clinic and the receptionists are never too busy to help. Lots of availability with the extended opening hours. I highly recommend this surgery. There is a pathology collection point and pharmacy just downstairs for convenience.

A professional, compassionate and ethical service. I always feel well taken care of by my GP, Dr Michael Steele, and by other Doctors at this practice if Dr Steele is not available. Dr Steele knows me well over numerous years, is a great listener and is always happy to answer my questions and to follow up astutely. I feel confident in his treatment plan, backed up by great nursing staff, patient and warm reception staff and with a chemist downstairs and western diagnostics in the same building. Makes it all so easy.

Ellen Health got me in on a cancellation as I felt that I really needed to see someone today. Doctor Catherine was so thorough, explained things clearly and followed up on all the necessary items (and there were a few!) I have seen many great doctors there.
