Nadine is the best! Her neck and shoulder massage, along with a facial are just beautiful and so relaxing.

The newly upgraded Ella Bache in Wood Street is gorgeous and very welcoming.

I recently moved up from Brisbane and have had a few treatments over my time at Ella Bache.
I found the Mackay staff the best I have experienced. They were all so lovely and my treatments were also amazing! An overall beautiful experience.

Well what can I say, I had the most brazilliant treatment today by Emily. I have never had a waxing appointment that I have laughed so much that I can actually say I enjoyed it. I had my lashes done by Gabby and she is just absolutely amazing. I’ve been getting lashes done for the last 10+ years and hers are some of the best if not the best I’ve ever had. Not to mention she is also faster then other techs I’ve had and she’s so nice and so easy to talk too. If I could give more then 5 stars I would ! Love my lashes so much.

The girls are amazing Nadine is an amazing lash tech. I've been getting my lashes done for almost 12 months and I am super happy with them. I have also had waxing done and the results are always great.
