Ell is fantastic to work with - she is extremely friendly and understanding. She takes everything you explain to her onboard. I would not have been able to get through my pregnancy without her. I feel so incredibly lucky that I met Ell at Vitality whilst seeking prenatal vitamin support and advice.

I went to Ell because of hormonal symptoms, which included hot flashes, heart palpitations , sleeplessness and a general feeling of anxiety. I had been taking prescription HRT for 2years but I hadn’t felt any benefit for the past 6mths. I felt there must be a better way to get my hormones back in balance. After meeting Ell in Vita Go I booked in for a consult ( this was my first time seeing a naturopath) .
Ell was extremely thorough and after an extensive consult she sent me for bloodwork. Everything I was feeling physically and emotionally was confirmed via my results. Ell tailored a hormonal treatment plan for me . I have been on this treatment for a month and feel like a new person, I have energy am sleeping and have a general feeling of balance and wellbeing. In short thanks to Ell I feel amazing and it’s the best I’ve felt in years … xx
