First time visiting the clinic. Rocked up 10 mins early for a 2 pm appointment. By 2.45 still hadn't been seen had to leave without being seen to do school pick up. Another lady had a 1.45 appointment and still hadn't been seen when I left. The waiting room was FULL nowhere left to sit. No-one was at reception with 4 people waiting to see someone to check in for their appointment. All staff were in the back having a goodbye party and actually came out and asked the people waiting to see the receptionist to have a seat (there were not enough to do so) because they are saying goodbye to a colleague. Then they asked the patient that had been waiting for the 1.45 appointment to come take a photo. I understand wanting to say goodbye to a colleague but perhaps this should have been done at a better time then when you have a waiting room FULL of patients some of which had been waiting more than an hour. Quite unprofessional. I would hope that I caught them on an off day.

My previous clinic neglected my physical and mental health. I walked into this clinic to enquire about switching to another clinic and doctor. I got to meet the doctor almost immediately, the receptionists were the most lovely ladies that sat and listened to me and my situation. Doctor Purwar is an amazing doctor and I'd say this is one of the best practices in the northern suburbs, especially for children or adults with anxiety. The overall vibe of the actual clinic is also very homey, not like a typical clinic. 😊 I wasn't even charged a single cent.

Good doctors, not a good listener (the reception)
The clinic should be open every day, my prescription has expired and for today and Sunday I can't have my medications!!! Very sad, when I called to reception she told me your appointment is on 10th but on 7th it get expires, and ...

Reception is always useless and rude also been 4 times in the last few months and they tell me they have no record of me and make me fill out new patient forms even after being referred to get a brain scan and come back for results they had no record

Online it says the clinic is open but when I call the clinic .it said on the phone it is close today online it should say closed today if It is closed today not happy
