Tamara has helped me so much with my shoulder and back pain via remedial massage and dry needling. She is also extremely knowledgeable and passionate about nutrition, personal training and pre-conception care and she goes above and beyond every session to help me in every session we have.

What I also like about Tamara is she doesn’t judge me. She really listens to ensure she understands my issues to determine whats needed to help me resolve them. Tamara is so wonderful with what she does. She has extreme amounts of knowledge in Nutrition, Remedial therapy & PT! Her techniques are out of this world! Has assisted me with multiple injuries & nerve pain! Something that couldn’t be resolved with western medicine. Tamara has been assisting to manage/recover with her knowledge & techniques!
