I have never exercised much, just sometimes walked over the years. My children encouraged me to join the gym as I was going on a holiday with them and they said we would be climbing up a mountain. How on earth was I going to do that! I joined for 3 months - What a surprise. I love it. I felt improvement in my fitness quite quickly. I climbed that mountain. All it takes is 30 minutes 3-4 days a week. I’m converted and have now booked a membership for the next 36 months. I can’t wait to feel better and be fitter in my 60’s and beyond.

The Nhill Elite Contender is awesome for a workout. The equipment is up-to-date and works great, and the space is always clean and organized. It’s easy to find what you need, and the whole atmosphere is really positive. A great place to workout and a stocked fridge of drinks if needed.

It's not a huge space. I wouldn't like to be there when it's busy. It has air-conditioning but no fans, so it gets rather stuffy. It's not the cleanest gym either. But all the necessary equipment to get a good workout.
