They "manage" the complex I own in and have been absolutely terrible. They are happy to demand we clean our car ports, however they haven't fixed a gate that is leaving our property unsecured for nearly a year now. I have emailed multiple times and heard nothing back. Oh but don't worry, they will be able to send you emails asking you to pay your fees! If I could give zero I would!

I've had the pleasure of working with Elite BodyCorp for a while now, and I can honestly say they're the best in the business! Jake, Ahmad and the team are always on top of things, and their communication is top-notch.

We have a particularly complex set of issues to deal with and I have found Elite to be very helpful with any advice we need.

They're proactive, professional, and genuinely care about the properties they manage. I've seen them go above and beyond to resolve issues and keep everyone in the loop. If you're looking for a OC management company that truly gets it, look no further than Elite.

My experience with Elite BodyCorp was subpar at best.
I can’t speak to how they work with larger complexes, but as an owner of a block of four units, the service was quite frankly, unsatisfactory, and often cold. Ahmad, our first manager, was curt, dismissive, and often did not circle back to answer questions as promised, leaving us to always chase for clarity and action. The Minutes of meetings sometimes included things “agreed” that were in fact not agreed upon, and things felt quite dodgy with costs claimed: there was often a lack of explanation as to alleged Owners Corporation Manager costs incurred, and even the claim of costs for actions which simply did not occur, such as a plaque installation at the property. We felt we had to be so vigilant with always double checking they were doing what they said they would do, and charging reasonably. Jake, who was our manager more recently, was much nicer to work with, but ultimately I would not at all recommend Elite BodyCorp.

We were with Elite BodyCorp for 3 years. I found our initial manager, Ahmad, to be unresponsive, dismissive, and generally unpleasant to deal with. Jake took over the management halfway through the contract and I was very pleased with his efforts (and that’s why I’m giving two stars instead of one). If you must engage with EBC I would highly recommend requesting Jake as your manager. I would also recommend asking EBC to outline any costs incurred but not charged during the year and have it recorded in the AGM minutes. When our contract with EBC ended, they claimed they were owed hundreds of dollars for services provided but not charged for over the three years. Charges that we were not made of aware of and were not expecting. This was obviously a shock to all the owners, and in my view, is very poor budget management and a surefire way to get clients offside. Unfortunately, we parted ways with EBC feeling let down and would not recommend them as Owners Corporation managers.

I had an intermittent problem of pixellation on free to air stations on my television. I contacted my Elite Body Corporation manager who quickly organised a technician to come out to check. I found both the Elite manager and the technician responsive and patient in helping the problem to be fixed. Much appreciated.
