I had an amazing experience at Elite Body Recovery! I recently had a colonic with Kate, and she was absolutely fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The facility itself is top-notch, and I also had the chance to try out the red light bed and compression therapy. Both were incredibly relaxing and left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. If you're looking for excellent service and a variety of wellness treatments, I highly recommend Elite Body Recovery!

Great spot for some post football recovery.
The team are really helpful & friendly.

Sauna & Ice bath room has a great set up
Compression sleeve beds are set up facing a tv so able to watch Optus Sports to pass the time.

I can’t say enough good things about this place—it’s AMAZING! From the moment we walked in, Ahmed, the owner, made us feel so welcome. He’s so kind and genuinely cares about every guest. He took the time to show us around.
They have a floating bed!!!, and wow, I’ve It’s pure magic.

And Teresa—oh my goodness, she’s the sweetest! She was so attentive, always making sure we were okay and comfortable. Her kindness made such a difference in our experience. I also tried the compression boots, which I honestly wasn’t a fan of in the past, but Teresa explained everything so patiently and adjusted the settings perfectly. For the first time, I actually enjoyed them—and now I’m hooked!

The facilities are next level, and the ambiance is so calm and relaxing. Everything feels luxurious.

This place is a true gem. The care, the attention to detail, and the amazing people make it so special. I’m beyond grateful for the experience and can’t wait to come back again (and again)! Thank you so much, Ahmed and Teresa—you’ve created something truly wonderful!

It's very professional, when you walk in you feel a sense of peace. The interior is beautiful and feels very luxurious. The treatments available and very progressive. Hoping they will allow a 'create your own package' for membership. As this would be ideal.

Had our first session at Elite Body Recovery in Maroubra and we were blown away by their facilities. The place is so pretty and loved that we got a private space for our infra-red sauna and icebath. The service was exceptional and we would definitely come back. Highly recommend.
