Really positive experience. Super nice set up, I had a consultation and I felt very comfortable and I thought the tech really listened to my concerns and gave me multiple options as to what could address my concerns without pushing any particular treatment onto me, which is honestly what a lot of these places do, speaking from personal experience and it is personally more than enough to make me go elsewhere for the same treatment. It's a shame I can't remember the name of the tech because she was great, gave me all the information and was open and honest and let me make my own decision in the end. There was no obligation at all.

I had a consultation here recently. The actual clinic is so clean and tidy. The booking process was easy. My appointment was with Georgia, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with her. Great service, I would recommend.

Wish I could give more stars! An excellent clinic where staff are amazing, knowledgeable, and caring. From the moment I walked in I felt extremely welcomed and everything was explained clearly. Staff took the time to explain procedures to me and provide realistic recommendations. Would absolutely recommend the body scan! Learnt so much about my body.

Unfortunately had quite a horrible experience.
My first session I had with Stephanie and she was amazing, talked me through the process, paid attention to detail,gave me breaks, ensured I was in no pain, made me feel comfortable and I had no issues. My second appointment was with Bianca (dark hair, short etc.) and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I definitely will not be coming back.
She was on an iPad our entire session, wasn’t paying attention, didn’t say a word to me, I was in a lot of pain (literally crying) and she continued the treatment and did not even ask if I wanted a break when she knew I was in pain. I had to do the full body scan by myself whilst she was sitting at the front desk yelling across what to do next. After my treatment she literally just walked out (no words said) back to the front desk, did not even bother asking how I am, giving me any details or having the decency to say bye when I left. I’m paying an arm and a leg for a service and I should be receiving a quality treatment. Extremely unhappy as my first appointment went so well only to be dissatisfied by my second appointment. I really hope this gets taken further and she is held accountable for her actions because if this is happening to me I can only imagine how many other people have received this sort of treatment.

Best experience! Bianca is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. She provides excellent, comprehensive care and makes the entire treatment process so comfortable. She’s also so fun to chat with, which really puts you at ease.

Very informative and professional. Explained the different therapy available , also I was very Impressed the way everything was explained, lots of medical issues discussed in detail. Unfortunately, because of my health issues, I will not be able to attend the sessions.
