Kim was the best physio I've had hands down. She was very professional and flexible to my needs, especially when I wasn't up for some exercises. Additionally, she was very lovely to chat with and made my experience a very positive one. Previously, I did not enjoy much physical activity, but Kim really helped me see the positives. She has also given me easy but effective exercises I can do on my own, which my other physios have not done. Overall, the best physio I've been to.

Great, great service. From being in the reception and a customer coming in flustered and staff helping calm and support her. To Phil who's been my physio for the past 10 years. Phil is great and always explain things to your level. If its just basic knowledge or you need to know more details he'll continue to help explain in different ways to help you. Tests that help you clearly see where your struggles are. Helpful emails after your meeting with tailored training and more detailed information of everything discussed. They aren't the closest to me but I'd always travel for this service!

First time at a physio and I must say, I was very happy with the session! Phil has a fantastic, professional approach and cares about you leaving feeling empowered to take care of your wellbeing. I've got plenty of info and stretches to improve my problematic leg, and may not need any follow up appointments as it was so thorough.

Phil, is a professional who makes sure he has a full understanding of you physically and what you want to achieve. He tailored rehab for me to get better at my chosen sport. He gave me the knowledge and confidence to know when to push through or hold back. I can’t thank him enough.
