My first sound bath meditation- relaxing and beautiful!
Definitely recommend- Mel and Darwin guided us through expertly and the space was stunning! They also had spare blankets and pillows for anyone that forgot- like me! ❤️

I cannot recommend Melissa enough.

She has helped me to release more grief and allowed tears to flow which was so urgently needed and held onto for far too long.

Melissa is gentle, kind and compassionate and helped me to feel relaxed at my first appt.

I have been a few times to the functional fitness class and recommend it. You can work out at your level - but with the right amount of challenge to feel great afterwards. Knowledgeable and encouraging instructor and the space is welcoming.

Went to my first session of relaxation yoga on Sunday morning with Molly. Very relaxing space, supportive and well paced. Loved the cool essential oil cloth at the end of the session. Initially I thought wouldn’t a warm cloth be better but the cool cloth was revitalising and refreshing- loved it and looking forward to next session. 🙂

Mel is amazing! She has just the right way of speaking, gentle and understanding. My Spinal Flow sessions are definitely needed, and I'm feeling the difference all over, physically and mentally/emotionally. The studio feels peaceful and relaxing as soon as you walk in, like an escape from life. ❤️❤️
