I had a fantastic experience here! The staff are absolutely wonderful—so knowledgeable and caring. I tried the Theta chamber and it was an incredible experience, far beyond what I expected. After my session, I felt deeply relaxed and much more focused. It really helped quiet the constant mental noise I struggle with, especially as someone with ADHD and a stressful lifestyle. I highly recommend trying this therapy if you’re looking for something that truly makes a difference!

This was my third visit to Element Centre. Such a beautiful space. The staff are so friendly & welcoming. My second time trying the infrared sauna pod. The little touches with the robe, slippers & Aesop products for the shower afterwards really make it exceptional.
I’ve also tried the red light therapy & the cryotherapy which are also fantastic. Thank you!

The hyperbaric oxygen chamber is not like any other with ATA 2.0 it gives the best of healing and rejuvenation. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. Their big smiles make the experience from the beginning to the end very memorable. Definitely it is the best place to heal and heal your body. The Tetra chamber combines healing music, magnetic stimulation, grounding and light with chamber spinning which you don’t have awareness of while healing your central nervous system, improving immunity and allowing your body to be healed. The lower back pain vanished after the Tetra chamber session. Thank you for helping us heal and rejuvenate. Amazing services❤️
