Doc Gerges is fantastic.
My family has followed him from his previous medical centre and he is comfortably the best doctor we have seen on the Coast.
He is professional, thorough, and knowledgeable.
If I could give 6 stars I would.

I’ve been seeing Doctor Gerges as my primary GP for a few months now and he is spot on with his diagnosis. He is also incredibly caring and supportive. I’m impressed by his ability to care for his patients.,I have a Nursing Degree so I know and have worked with many doctors. But he is up the top of doctor patient relationships.

This was my first visit to Dr. Gerges Tadrous at Elden Street Medical Centre, and I have to say, I was extremely nervous about changing doctors. However, from the moment I walked into the clinic, Dr. Tadrous completely put me at ease with his calm, compassionate approach. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, made sure I felt comfortable, and explained everything in a clear and reassuring way.

Dr. Tadrous was patient, thorough, and genuinely attentive. I never once felt rushed or overlooked, which made a huge difference in easing my nerves. He made me feel like I was in the best possible hands and that my health was a priority.

I’m so glad I made the decision to switch to Dr. Tadrous. I walked out of the appointment feeling informed, confident, and relieved. The staff at Elden Street Medical Centre were also wonderful, and it’s clear that the whole team is dedicated to providing exceptional care.

If you're considering a new doctor, especially if you’re feeling nervous about the change, I highly recommend Dr. Tadrous. His kindness, expertise, and professionalism truly made my first visit a great experience.

Elden St, Medical Practise, Toukley..

Dr Leon, is the most caring, empathetic, patient, understanding Doctor who, I am grateful to have as my GP!!

A huge, ‘thank you’ to the reception staff! Michelle, Rennel and collegues.
They work so hard to ensure that, each patient is met with a welcoming greeting, no matter how busy they might be..

All enquires that, I have had in relation to appointments, follow ups or referral etc, have been answered with no fuss! Their knowledge of all things in running a medical practise, their efficiency, their kindness, helpfullness, supersede them!!

Nothing is a bother and each person who enters the practise, is treated with same respect and friendly demeanour!

They are professionals in their own right!!
Same applies to the nursing staff. When you enter Chey’s room you know you are in the best of hands. Chey is a very experienced nursing professional …

Grateful!!
Karen

Reception staff very rude. Do not care to be understanding of people with disabilities.

In response to ure reply I have been a patient for many years. I am not going to disclose my full name online. But reception was very rude in regards to talking to some one with a disability and not having understanding and patience even though they were aware the person has a disability. You can not cover up how u have treated people at this practise by saying they aren’t a patient which I am. !?
