After years of shoulder, neck and back pain and also migraines I thought I'd give Bowen a try. I had already tried a chiro (twice a week) and massages but the pain just wouldn't budge! After my first session of Bowen with Nicola I was absolutely amazed that the pain in my shoulder had disappeared! I have just started enjoying sport again after 10 years of being too sore. She is so caring, friendly and so professional I would be happy to recommend her to anyone, do yourself a favour and give Bowen a try! Nicola is magic!
