We went at the peak busiest time (Monday morning), it was a 3 hour wait, but that is still much less than the public hospital A and E. The nurse and staff there were pleasant and helpful, there was (just!) enough seating and parking. Will definitely use again, if needed.

I would like to rate zero for this clinic. very terrible triage system. I was going to book an appointment with GP for my daughter but was told fully booked out for the whole week. GP told me the Satellite Hospital could take patient with walk in. I wasn't sure how long to wait so I called satellite clinic before I came. A staff told me just walk in only got a few patient there. we got there and finished check in with triage then wait nearly 2 hours until a nurse brought my daughter in and told me whether we could visit another clinic to see a nurse practitioner due to overload amount of patients coming to the clinic.I said we didnt want to go somewhere else seeing a nurse. then the nurse told me there was only one doctor and one nurse practitioner seeing patients if I had luck I could see one of them but possibly I would not see anybody. but the most ridicules thing is the triage still keep accepting more patients in, is that for just keep patients there waiting for a few hours for nothing if they already know they cannot handle the current amount of patients? It is not a smart hospital system, if the hospital could not take patient to see doctor, please inform the patient timely instead of waste patient time, especially while the patients were sick. please do not always advocate to respect hospital staff, we need the hospital staff respect patients as well.

All the staff are so lovely and caring. Triaged, admin procedure and straight through to treatment area. The nurses were extremely helpful and friendly. Explained what I needed to do whilst there. Doctor explained results of tests and even wrote a letter to my GP to follow up.

I went there today to do a minor skin procedure as my GP has been away on holidays. It has been painful for me for five days and I thought this was the best place to get done a minor procedure like this. After almost 3.0 Hrs wait, the doctor asked me to go back to my GP or find another GP. I was given some antibiotics but nothing was cared about my pain. Please think twice before you go there.

Lovely Dr and nurses, triaged well and went above and beyond for minor injury. Received all the care we needed. Was there for around 3hrs but understandable as all emergencies are busy.

The doctors and the staff members where extremely nice and got every thing done in a well suited time frame. Even though they were really busy they took really good care of me and i strongly recomend going here.
Greatly appreciated for taking care of me.
