I had an excellent experience with Dr. Anita Jogewar. She is a highly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive doctor who truly cares about her patients. From the moment I walked in, she took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain my condition in detail, and provide the best possible treatment options.

I called this medical centre for the second time, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist. Their tone was dismissive and rude, making it difficult to get the information I needed. Instead of being helpful and professional, they seemed impatient and uninterested in assisting me.

Good customer service is essential, especially in a medical setting where people are already dealing with health concerns. I hope the management addresses this issue because patients deserve respect and courtesy when seeking care.

I have recently moved back into the area.

Decided to try out this medical centre to update a script. Sadly it wasn't the greatest experience. Receptionist was very cold & unfriendly. The doctor I saw wasn't overally friendly either. Plus consultant room was like a,sauna🥵

I probably won't be returning

Had a appointment with Dr Anita Jogewar. I entered her room and I didn't get to sit down before she questioned me. Her face showed I was a bother. She was not compassionate or wanted to listen to me saying she had nothing to do with psychology and wasnt a counsellor even though these are her interests a according to her profile. I got up and left. I wasnt in her room 1 minute. Terrible uncaring person

My family has been visiting this practice since its inception, and we are very happy with the service. Over the past few years, Dr. Elkelini has been our family doctor, and he consistently provides us with exceptional care. He's always on time, and we've never had to wait more than a few minutes past our scheduled appointment.

Dr. Elkelini is straightforward, which isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I've come to appreciate it because he doesn't waste time. He's efficient, but still very very thorough when he needs to be, and his professionalism and accuracy in diagnosis are top-notch.

I've seen many doctors and specialists (including surgeons) in my life, and I can honestly say that if you can handle his direct approach, he's one of the best diagnosticians out there.

I booked an appointment for my 7-year-old son to see a doctor for a medical urgency, only to have it canceled. The doctor refused to see new patients, despite the urgency of the situation. I'm incredibly disappointed with this lack of care and professionalism. If a practice can’t accommodate a child needing medical attention, even for new patients, it raises serious concerns about their priorities. I expected better service and support, especially when it comes to a child's health. I will not be returning and would not recommend this practice to others.
