I recently called this clinic to book an appointment with a female doctor for the following day. I was on the phone for 19 minutes, and after being put on hold for a long while, a staff member answered. She confirmed the appointment was available but explained that, as a new patient, I couldn’t book it. Despite my explanation of urgent health issues, she asked me to hold while she checked with the doctor. After another long hold, another staff member answered with no idea what I was calling for, and informed me that the appointment had been booked online in the meantime.

The communication was poor throughout, and I felt forgotten and dismissed, especially after being left on hold for so long. It was frustrating to be told the appointment was no longer available after I specifically called to secure it.

The lack of clear communication and understanding was disappointing, especially since I was hoping to make this clinic my new general practitioner. I was also unaware of the requirement to book two appointments as a new patient, which would have been helpful to know in advance. Overall, this experience left me feeling worse than before I called, and I will continue my search for a new doctor.

Visited the clinic twice whilst in town on business.

Clinic is clean, well organised.

Reception staff are polite and attentive.

Doctor was an expert, very professional and helpful.

Not everything can run perfectly on time, that is quite normal.

E.M.C. This professional team of doctors, nurses, admin. Etc. They show compassion, kind . We sometimes as patients have a bad day. Try to patient . As I have witnessed , ppl complaining. Seeing a professional
Doctor means that. No narcotics, unless previously
prescribed , pp do you really expect on the first visit, then the doctors say . No not untill we do test. No habit forming . Seen a male get taken by the police nr iga because
the word no from the doctor didnt suit him. This is human lives . No means no. Dont go silly ask why. Exept the professional,answer. About been 5 mins late. That doctor may be saving a life. Thanks to Dr Burnie our doctor. Great doctor. Easy to converse with. Knows his patients. Always a smile . So for ppl who complain. Jack has attended this medical practice for many year's. Dr Young and Dr Kresivic have both been very attentive and thorough with my care and recovery. Taking their time to listen to my symptoms, providing suitable health care plan and to explain test results. The Receptionists have provided fantastic customer service, always checking in on me while I wait to be seen, ensuring that I'm comfortable, also booking suitable follow up appointments working around my prior commitments.

The doctor just don’t care about people or their health concerns.

Doctor Haasbroek never even examined my back for my injuries and over eight months.
He has lack of empathy for his patience and duty of care. Also breaks confidentiality by discussing my ex partners, mental health and his private notes from his visit with him.

Complain to the practice manager and had to follow up and also made notes stated I visited the practice when I don’t to cover his tracks.

Please find a doctor that cares more about finding answer than his paycheck

Poor service on the doctor’s side. If you cant get the medical help your client needs don’t refer them to a practice that has a 2 week waiting period that’s run by the “trust worthy” government. let them know that they can see a private doctor for faster treatment at an expense of course because some people rather that then suffer. You are causing heart ache and stress on people.
