I transferred over to the care of Dr Massoud approximately 8 years ago . Best thing I ever did. Exceptional doctor , always progressive with my treatment for chronic pain after multiple surgeries . The practise itself is so efficient , you never wait long for feedback, scripts etc . Highly recommended.

I can’t express how grateful I am for Dr. Alfred Massoud and his incredible team. He brings not only expertise and professionalism but also a deep level of compassion and care for his patients' well-being. His kindness and patience are truly comforting, and even in my darkest days of my life, I always leave his practice feeling more at ease and supported, knowing I’ve been genuinely cared for.
The entire team, including all the other doctors, the front desk staff, and the supportive Practice Manager, Susan, creates a warm and welcoming environment. Drs are quality. They’re very caring and thorough. We’ve had Dr Alfred Massoud, Dr Maria Makar, Dr George Nohra who’ve been genuinely caring and supportive every time we visit. You don’t felt rushed & are very informative. We have a 2 year old who is constantly picking up bugs and I’m a recently diagnosed diabetic. They’ve also called me to follow up on my son to ensure that he’s not having any side effects or getting worse. Great clinic.

I strongly advise against choosing this particular doctor's practice. I went there seeking an EPC (enhanced primary care) plan due to my ongoing chronic pain, which has persisted for five years. However, the doctor flat-out refused to provide me with an EPC plan, insisting that I first consult with at least two specialists. This explanation didn't sit well with me, so I decided to conduct my own research to validate their reasoning. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the doctor's requirement wasn't supported by the information I found. Feeling frustrated and disheartened by the lack of consideration for my chronic pain, I decided to seek a second opinion from another general practitioner. To my relief, this new GP didn't hesitate to provide me with the EPC plan I needed. It was incredibly disappointing to realize that my initial doctor didn't take my chronic pain seriously, leaving me feeling unheard and let down. Given this experience, I cannot recommend their practice to others.
