Reception is incredibly rude and misleading about time-frames. I was told an appointment would be available in the next two weeks but they just informed me in would be within the next 6 months. This is after being diagnosed, which was an incredibly lengthy and expensive process anyway. Kathy is unprofessional and lacks knowledge about the time-frames for releasing and processing information between GPs and psychiatrists. Her superior was nonchalant about this, and about the distress and harm that having a discontinued access to medication can cause for such a long period of time. This behaviour is borderline, if not, negligent.

Have waited over 8 months for my referral to be triaged (they said wait time was 6-weeks on the phone when I called). Horrible communication and rude

Best decision I ever made was to finally get a referral.
I just noticed the one star review and wanted to leave my take. To anyone questioning if they should get an app, I fully enourage you to do so. It took me a long time to go forward with it, can say It was worth the wait and price.
They are regularly fully booked, so I don't think I'm the only one whose life got better thanks to Dr. Chang.
