Sad to see some have had bad experience, I hope the employee will improve.

As for me I was with them for 8 years, had 5 different jobs because the people I was hired were toxic and rude, 3 unfair dismissed me but i was glad to leave, one was end of contact and the lst i was with for 6 years, left because of toxic and my mental state was not in the right place

But, each time, two of the employees reassured me, helped me get back up and kept me going, they saw my issue and tried there best to get reasonable justification. Now I work in the department of education, wouldn’t have done it myself. Thank you Taylor

I have been with Edge since 2022 and I would not recommend this agency at all.

They try and sell you the company by saying they have heaps of jobs in your area and by making you sign agreements.

I have been told about at least four jobs which I would’ve been an amazing fit for me but I have never heard anything back from the employer to Edge.

The communication is nonexistent. I was trying to follow up with my job search coordinator only to get told that whoever was looking after me had resigned.

Please make sure you don’t go with this job agency!!!!

Can’t recommend this firm. If possible, choose another! Edge staff are more interested in furthering their own image / agenda than placing applicants in to employment positions advertised.

Feedback / communication is non-existent, decision making process is shrouded in secrecy - won’t be continuing with Edge any longer - have asked Centrelink for re-placement elsewhere.

Great service from my job coach, been with edge employment solutions now 6 years, they got me a job at McDonald's which I really enjoy and love my job, yesterday I celebrated 5 years service at McDonald's, and still love it, thankyou edge. This is supposedly a disability job services provider but god forbid you actually experience your disability. The staff are unwilling to accommodate for difficulties or expenses in transport, book meaningless appointments ((eg; normal staff member unavailable and instead of calling, emailling, or sms they make you show up to someone that doesn't know you so they don't do anything)), and are rude when disabilities effect your ability to work or attend appointments in person.
