I visited for a check-up on 9/03 and had booked an appointment for 12:30. However, I ended up waiting for nearly 50 minutes past my scheduled time before being seen by the doctor. Despite inquiring about the delay with the receptionist, I did not receive a satisfactory response. This prolonged wait, coupled with an empty stomach, made for a very uncomfortable experience.

Furthermore, when the doctor finally saw me, I felt that my concerns were not adequately listened to. The doctor seemed distracted and even took a phone call during our consultation, which was disappointing after such a lengthy wait.

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. In the past, I have accompanied my grandfather for appointments at your center, and we have experienced similar wait times and lack of attentive care.

I believe that promptness and attentive care are essential aspects of providing quality healthcare service, and I am disappointed by the lack thereof during my recent visit.

I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and strive to improve the overall patient experience at your center.

I saw my new doctor in this clinic a few times recently after I had a heart attack. So far she is very good and caring. Waiting area is comfortable and nice. Receptionist is helpful and friendly. Parking is easy. Recommended to everyone.

Our family went to this GP clinic since 2012. The receptionist Vivian is really friendly and helpful, so does the other receptionist. Doctors are very knowledgeable and care. I feel so lucky to have them in our community.

I took my kids to Eastwood Medical Centre last week. We have waited for over an hour from the time we booked. The patient before me has complained the long wait and the parking is going to expire and she had insisted the receptionist to ask the doctor to wait for them to move the their car. So the doctor and the receptionist did wait for them to come back even many other patients are waiting and the doctor has no patient in her room. This is really unfair to other patients who are waiting in the medical center.

I have been going to the medical center for many years. It has been always a long wait even you have booked the appointment and a lot of complains about the rude and unprofessional receptionists.

It is very disappointed that the management has never thought about how to make improvements for the long waiting time and unprofessional receptionists.

There is no bathroom in the center now after the renovation. It is inconvenience for parent who needs to mind 2 or more kids at the same time with the long waiting time.

Been going here 20 years + . Service is good. Usually see Dr Amaranath who is very competent, but have seen all the other ladies when necessary and all have been good. Sometimes waiting is an issue but in a busy surgery important cases have to take precedence.

I have noticed a couple of times that folk looking for a sick note for a day off get fairly short shrift- and so they should!

Very bad experience with this practice. I approached Eastwood Medical Center asking for vaccine appointment. Last week, I was advised to call today after initial discussion of my intention to get Vaccine there if possible. The female receptionist was very very rude and very cold in response to my inquiry. My rule of thumb in judging an organization is that this is a good indication of the culture of the organization. I do not trust that if they treat a potential new customer like this, the people in the organization or medical practice share the strong value of care for customers. Therefore, I decided not to patronize this center ever

Worth experience.
Unprofessional.
Try to avoid, if you got other options.
We booked appointment on phone and got appointment after 4 days. We informed that we will be seeing Dr Jayasree Gummadi for first time. Again on the day of appointment we called medical centre to confirm appointment and check address. Again receptionist asked are you new patient and we confirmed yes. On reaching they told we can meet Dr Jayasree since she is not seeing new patients.
Just wasted 2 hours of my time and my wife’s time.
Also I requested if I can talk to Dr Jayasree for 1 minute so I can inform her that this has happened but she refused to meet for 1 min.
Also no sorry from receptionist.

My family have frequented this establishment for the past 30 years. They have never let us down. Beautiful service, the new secretaries can be firm but the doctors employed there are wonderful.

No matter which Medical Centre you go to you'll have to wait, it's the nature of the business. People get sick.

Be patient and give other patients time and I assure you when you speak to the GP they will help you to the best of their ability.
